Trouble Logging into CAESAR?
Try clearing your browser cache first*
Students, staff, faculty and guests with current login ID: Before referring to the detailed instructions below try clearing your browser cache.
*Note that the "Remember Me" feature for multi-factor authentication (MFA) won't work after clearing your browser cache. You will need to select "Remember Me" again after clearing browser cache.
Instructions to clear browser cache:
- Close ALL browser windows and tabs before clearing your cache - only reopen one window to clear the cache.
- After clearing your cache - close and reopen the browser before logging in.
- Internet Explorer users should check all boxes EXCEPT "Preserve Favorites website data" which should remain unchecked.
Other issues
- I am the parent or guardian of a student.

- I am a graduate of Northwestern.
- I am using my NetID via the Northwestern Online Passport page (current faculty, advisor, student, or admitted student).
- I am using my CAESAR admin ID (e.g., NULPK0 - faculty, advisor or staff).

CAESAR administrative can access CAESAR only via the administrative login page--not via the CAESAR login page used by students and faculty. 3. Do you also use to NUFinancials, MyHR, or CAESAR with your NetID? If you use any of these administrative systems, we recommend using one browser for your CAESAR administrative ID and a different browser for your NetID login to these systems. 4.
