Northwestern has implemented stricter access controls to CAESAR, our student information system, to improve the security of student data in the face of imminent threats. These changes unfortunately affect your guest access to CAESAR: you will not be able to directly view your student's data until we identify more secure options.
Guest user access previously included options for viewing grades, registration, and financial aid as well as the ability to pay tuition. We will notify you in the coming days when we have a secure method for you to view your student’s information and pay tuition directly. Until then, we encourage you to work directly with your student to review their account information and obtain copies of billing statements or details related to financial aid, enrollment, grades, and class schedules. Students have full access to these and can share details with you as needed.
